In support of Intel’s campaign for Ultrabooks, I worked with Matador Network to develop some of the web’s earliest branded content. Our most successful features focused on both emerging technology that we could (probably) expect to see in years to come as well as the ways in which technology will dramatically change the way we live and see the world.

I contributed on content strategy, writing, editing and worked directly with the client to ensure the content fit the campaign. Today, the industry standards and expectations of branded content are far more well defined, but at the time we were still figuring out what it meant and how to make it work effectively. Hundreds of thousands of shares, Likes and comments later, much of the content still ranks among Matador’s highest-trafficked content, period.
