In a world where just about every single restaurant has its menu available and searchable online, it’s amazing that the same can’t be said for great cocktail bars. That idea was the foundation behind the Jameson DrinkList, an interactive guide to finding the best cocktails for any palette in 6 cities across the USA.

The concept went far beyond just “MenuPages for Cocktails”: in addition to hand-sourcing thousands upon thousands of individual cocktail menus from venues across the country, each cocktail was broken down into its ingredients in order to make the drinks searchable by taste and/or ingredient, as well as location.

This was a massive undertaking that involved many freelance cocktail menu sourcers, countless hours of processing cocktail ingredients and some seriously beautiful web design work. I helped manage elements of the production and content strategy as well as providing necessary copywriting and creative input.
